All orders placed on working days before 09:00 AM will be shipped the same day, pending availability and credit verification. All parcels within the Netherlands will be shipped by PostNL, within EU via DPD and outside EU with UPS.

Uncollected packages

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will be for customer cost. 


Lost packages

Packages might, unfortunately, get lost in transit. Pyami is responsible for all packages from our warehouse until they arrive at the customers address. We will always provide you with the products or a full refund. There are however some official steps we have to take to first track down your order.

1. First is for you to get in contact with the shipment provider. Post NL in the Netherlands, DPD in Europe en UPS in the rest of the world. Please find your local phone number online.

2. Most packages will usually find its way to the final address in 2 weeks, if this is not the case, please contact us at contact@pyami.com. 

 

* Delivery lead time estimates are good faith estimates only. Pyami cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third party shipping partners or customs officials in your chosen shipping destination. We reserve the right to withhold delivery to any particular place or location at our sole discretion. During sale periods or local holidays such as Christmas, Black Friday delivery will be delayed due to high volume shipments at delivery services. 

Returns

Pyami will offer a full refund within 30 days the date of delivery. Returns will be handled within 5 working days from receiving the return. Please return all items in its original packaging and with the original hangtags. Pyami will not accept any items that have been washed, worn, stained, damaged or altered in any way. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender, minus the shipping costs for returning the items.

 

Exchanges

All returns will be refunded. In case you would like another size or product we request you to place a new order in our online store. 


Problems or complaints

Before your parcel leaves our stockroom, it has been fully checked by our team. If you, unfortunately, still received an item classified as faulty or damaged, please inform us within 5 working days after receiving your order at service@pyami.com in order to be eligible for alternatives such as exchanges, refunds or repairs. Please accompany this request with your order number and (if needed) images to clarify the reason for this request.


Faulty items

We will accept a return for faulty items if it has failed to live up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy is dependent on the product category and the reason for failure. We will not accept a return for a faulty item if it isn’t covered by our warranty policy or if the product is damaged by improper use. The intention of use is at the discretion of Pyami and will be judged reasonable.


Refunds

When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-2 working days. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Transfer time will vary based on your used payment method.

 

 

This is how you return

1. Please return your products accompanied by the Return Form you received with your package. Make sure to fill in the entire form and the code that best explains the reason for your return or exchange.
2. In case you are not in the possession of the document anymore, you can find it here: Return Form.
3. Place the Return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in its original packaging and with the original hangtags.
4. Attach the address label to your parcel and use any of your preferred shipping methods. Return Shipments are at the customer’s own cost and responsibility.

If you have any questions about your return, that are not answered on the Return Form, please contact us at service@pyami.com with your question and order number. Do not forget to specify if it is a return or an exchange and provide the reason so we can instruct you accordingly.

Pyami cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in return transit. To secure the arrival of your return, we advise using a postal service with tracking and/or insurance.
